Xmas Elf on the Shelf

– the ELF on the SHELF Range introduction:  A Christmas Tradition

The ELF on the SHELF is a special Scout Elf that Santa Claus sends from the North Pole to help him manage his naughty and nice Lists.  Once your family adopts and names your Scout Elf it receives its Christmas magic so that it can fly back to the North Pole each night to tell Santa Claus about all of the day’s adventures.  Each morning your Scout Elf returns to your family and is found perched in a different place waiting for the children to wake up.  The Scout Elf loves watching the children having fun racing around the house looking for it.

Every child needs to know the 2 simple rules that come with having a Scout Elf:

Firstly, a Scout Elf must never be touched!  Christmas magic is very fragile and if your Scout Elf is touched it may lose its magic and may be unable to fly back to the North Pole to tell Santa Claus about your day.

Secondly, a Scout Elf’s job is to watch and listen so it cannot speak or move if anyone in the house is awake.

Scout Elves typically appear in their families’ home on the 1st Day of December and must fly back to the North Pole with Santa Claus on Christmas Eve (24th December) and will not return again until the next year in December.
